Fully remote. Work from anywhere. US hours preferred. This is not a corporate recruiting job. We’re building a lean, high-performance team around:

You do NOT need to come from a huge agency background. You DO need to be hungry, proactive, and good with people. We already have:

• strong branding
• operations support

Now we want to scale properly. We’re especially interested in people with experience in:

• product/design recruiting
• startup recruiting
• outbound sales/business development
• agency recruiting
• founder-led environments

Comp: Base + uncapped commission.
