We’re currently looking for a Program Supervisor who wants more than just hours—you want experience, mentorship, and a team that actually supports you. What This Role Looks Like:

• Fully remote
• 5–10 hours/week to start (with room to grow)
• $25–$28/hour
• Flexible schedule

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work on ABA reports + goal development
• Support parent training + caregiver collaboration
• Assist with case supervision and clinical problem-solving
• Learn how to build programs that actually make an impact

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or currently in progress
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA
• Must reside in California
• Must be able to pass a background check
