Account Executive/SaaS Sales - Remote

Job Title: Business Development Representative/Account Executive #1006689 Location: Remote Duration: 6 Months Contract to start (Possible extensions) Schedule: M-F shift 9am to 6pm ET Pay Rate: $22-24/hr. Location – 100% remote for the contract. There is a preference to be aligned to Atlanta, Charlotte or Plano but not required Training Schedule – 10 days + 1 week of Nesting 9am to 6pm ET – regardless of where the worker sits Production Schedule 9am to 6pm ET – regardless of where the worker sits Will be required work some Holidays. Top Skills 45 dials a day These are BDR roles to prospect. Using strategy and workflows to drive accounts conversions Must have experience using multiple systems and application to drive accounts MUST be coachable Ownership and accountability Testing campaigns and workflows Salesforce MS Office Google Suite

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or as a BDR
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions persuasively and build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a talent for establishing and nurturing professional relationships based on trust, empathy, and mutual respect
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive mindset and a relentless focus on achieving goals and driving revenue growth
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and a keen understanding of lead tracking and management best practices
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and embracing new challenges with enthusiasm
  • Curiosity and a continuous learning mindset, staying updated on industry trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities in the Mid-Market
  • Relevant experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, particularly in the Mid-Market segment, is a strong asset

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) for our Mid-Market sales organization, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and expanding our customer base in this dynamic segment. Your mission will be to identify, engage, qualify potential leads, and set the stage for productive meetings with our sales team. You will be the catalyst for creating a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities that will directly contribute to the company's revenue growth and success in the Mid-Market space. Strategic Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Conduct research to identify high-potential Mid-Market clients
  • Leverage various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events, to uncover new opportunities
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, assessing their fit and readiness for our offerings
  • Develop and execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns, utilizing cold calling, personalized email outreach, and other creative techniques to engage decision-makers

Relationship Building and Needs Assessment:

  • Initiate meaningful conversations with key stakeholders in Mid-Market organizations, establishing trust and credibility
  • Demonstrate active listening skills to uncover prospects' unique pain points, challenges, and business objectives related to financial management and accounting
