Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by entering data into accounting software, spreadsheets, or other forms. This includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, timekeeping, rebate filing, and general ledger entries. Assist with general administrative duties such as e-filing paperwork, responding to emails or phone calls, and maintaining organized financial records.
