Description du poste Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Administrateur(trice) de sotckage pour rejoindre notre équipe. Responsabilités Piloter l’onboarding et la coordination d’une équipe de support niveau 3 composée de 5 ingénieur(e)s au sein de l’équipe d’administration Storage & Backup; Supporter, concevoir et améliorer en continu les infrastructures de stockage et de sauvegarde ainsi que les outils associés; Superviser la mise en œuvre et le suivi des actions de remédiation de sécurité; Administrer et concevoir des solutions de stockage dans un environnement à grande échelle fonctionnant 24/7; Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes TI et les parties prenantes métiers afin de concevoir et livrer des solutions alignées sur les besoins d’affaires; Piloter les initiatives d’automatisation pour réduire les tâches répétitives et améliorer l’efficacité de l’équipe; Diagnostiquer et résoudre des problèmes complexes dans des environnements distribués (applications et infrastructures); Assurer le respect des procédures, des normes de conception technique et des meilleures pratiques; Participer à un modèle de support « Follow-the-Sun » couvrant l’Europe et l’Asie; Gérer les activités selon le cadre ITIL (gestion des changements, incidents et requêtes); Contribuer aux routines d’équipe et participer aux opérations en heures supplémentaires au moins une fois par mois; Contribuer aux activités de veille technologique et recommander des améliorations; Rédiger et maintenir la documentation technique et les procédures opérationnelles; Animer des formations techniques entre pairs (on-prem, cloud, CEPH, Cinder, OpenStack); Contribuer aux initiatives DevOps en utilisant Python, Flask, Git, Ansible, etc.; Évoluer dans un environnement international de grande envergure.

Qualifications

Expertise avancée en : Stockage bloc / SAN (VMAX, UNITY, CISCO, PureStorage, OpenStack, Cinder)l NAS (NetApp); Stockage objet (S3, Scality); Technologies de sauvegarde (NetBackup, Cohesity, DataDomain) Maîtrise de : Systèmes d’exploitation serveurs (Linux, Windows); Outils de gestion de configuration (Ansible, Salt); Technologies infonuagiques; Expérience dans la gestion d’environnements à haute disponibilité ainsi que dans la conception, mise en œuvre et tests de plans de reprise après sinistre (DR); Solides compétences en diagnostic dans des environnements distribués complexes; Bonne compréhension des processus ITIL (gestion des changements, incidents et requêtes); Forte orientation sécurité (remédiation d’audits, durcissement des environnements); Excellentes compétences en communication avec des interlocuteur(trice)s techniques et métiers; Orientation client et sens du service marqué; Excellente communication en français et en anglais. L'anglais est requis, le poste dmeandant de communiquer avec des clients et des aprtenaires situés à l'extérieur du Québec. Atouts Expérience avec des technologies DevOps (OpenStack, CEPH, Cinder); Compétences en développement (Python, Git).
