Administrative Assistant/Personal Assistant

Position Details:

  • 1099 / Independent Contractor Position
  • Pay: $18–$20/hour
  • In-person, virtual, and hybrid opportunities available
  • Flexible scheduling based on client needs and your availability
  • This is NOT a guaranteed full-time position
  • Opportunity for up to 40 hours/week over time depending on performance, client needs, and availability

Responsibilities

  • Calendar and schedule management
  • Inbox management and written correspondence
  • Travel planning and logistics coordination
  • Event planning and coordination
  • Online research and data entry
  • Vendor communication and appointment scheduling
  • Personal errands and household coordination
  • Project management and task follow-up
  • Document drafting, editing, and organization
  • Client communication and customer support
  • Recruitment and onboarding assistance
  • Social media and content support
  • General administrative and executive support

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in executive assistance, administration, customer service, hospitality, office management, project coordination, or personal assistance
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, scheduling platforms, CRMs, or project management tools
  • Experience supporting busy professionals, entrepreneurs, families, or small businesses is a plus
