About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Architect to join our global technical presales and solution engineering team. In this role, you will help design and build customer demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), Hands-On Labs (HOLs), and internal tools for Adobe Experience Cloud and AI-powered solutions. You will collaborate with Solution Consultants, Product teams, Engineers, and business stakeholders to create scalable and engaging experiences that support customer success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, building modern applications, exploring AI technologies, and working in a collaborative environment. What You’ll Do Solution Design & Development Design and develop scalable demo environments, POCs, and Hands-On Labs for Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. Build reusable frameworks, accelerators, and tools that improve scalability, efficiency, and user experience. Create end-to-end technical solutions integrating Adobe products, AI capabilities, APIs, and third-party platforms. Contribute to innovation initiatives focused on AI-driven customer experiences and intelligent automation. AI & Machine Learning Develop AI-powered use cases using Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI technologies. Work with tools and platforms such as Claude, Cursor, MCPs, AI coding assistants, and agent-based workflows. Implement solutions using vector databases, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI APIs. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and contribute to rapid prototyping and experimentation. Engineering & Coding Develop and maintain full-stack applications, APIs, integrations, and automation services. Contribute hands-on coding across frontend, backend, cloud, and AI integration layers. Apply engineering best practices related to scalability, reliability, maintainability, accessibility, and security. Support automation and operational improvements for demo provisioning and environment management. Adobe Experience Cloud Work with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-Time CDP Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Adobe Commerce Adobe Target GenStudio and Adobe AI solutions Create customer-focused technical demonstrations aligned with business needs and industry use cases. Collaboration & Leadership Partner with global teams across Solution Consulting, Product Engineering, Strategy, and Enablement. Share knowledge, mentor team members, and contribute to technical learning initiatives. Participate in workshops, bootcamps, enablement sessions, and innovation programs. Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience designing and developing enterprise-scale applications and technical solutions. Strong hands-on coding experience in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, or Node.js. Understanding of APIs, integrations, microservices, and cloud-native architectures. Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, prompt engineering, and Large Language Models (LLMs). Experience using AI-assisted development tools and workflows such as Claude, Cursor, MCPs, or AI agents. Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, RAG architectures, and AI orchestration frameworks. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and digital experience technologies. Experience in technical presales, solution consulting, customer engineering, or demo engineering roles. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks. Experience building reusable technical assets, accelerators, or customer demo platforms. Contributions to innovation initiatives, hackathons, open-source communities, or AI projects are a plus.
