Employment Litigation Associate (Plaintiff-Side) | Fully Remote – Up to $200k Location/Schedule: Fully Remote Base Salary: Up to $200k (plus aggressive commission-based bonuses) Practice: Employment Litigation – Plaintiff-side discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour, whistleblower, and complex employment disputes. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Litigate employment matters involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage & hour, and whistleblower claims.
  • Handle cases from intake through discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial.
  • Prepare and negotiate high-value demands and settlements.
  • Build strong client relationships and drive successful outcomes in contingency-based matters.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

  • JD and active bar admission in NY, NJ, or another key jurisdiction.
  • 3–8+ years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff or defense).
  • Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client management skills.
