This is a remote role for a Florida-based professional who excels at research, discretion, and thorough reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive background investigations, including deep social media and open-source (OSINT) research
• Compile detailed, accurate written reports that clearly summarize your findings
• Analyze digital footprints and online activity to surface patterns and connections relevant to each case
• Liaise with attorneys and insurance representatives via phone and email
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion
• Stay current on evolving research tools, social media trends, and privacy considerations

What we're looking for

• Proven investigative or research experience (background screening, OSINT, or similar)
• Strong social media and online research skills
• Top-tier written and verbal communication
• Sharp analytical ability and a detail-oriented approach to reporting
• A private investigator license is not required for this role — investigative or research experience matters most
