Through virtual sessions, they deliver personalized instruction, collaborate with educators, and help each student progress in ways that are meaningful and measurable. Their work ensures that even from a distance, students feel heard, understood, and empowered. Behavior Intervention Aide Requirements & Responsibilities: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or ABA.
