Job Description

Provide customer service support to the providers via phone and email Provide accurate reporting data in compliance with industry standard Be point of contact for the event vendor management process includes activating and adding new vendors Accurate issuance of payments to vendors and others Generating pre and post event reporting Must be comfortable assisting providers and staff by training them on event management details and event related responsibilities

Qualifications

Fluency in French AND English Exceptional customer service skills Proven written/communication skills with high attention to detail Good knowledge of MS Office Self-Driven, strong multitasking abilities Ability to work individually and with a team Prior experience in healthcare setting ( preferred) Prior project /event planning experience (plus) SME/Floor support experience (plus) Additional Information As a digital transformation company -- and Great Place to Work certified -- Sutherland has been helping customers globally achieve greater agility and transform automated customer experiences for over 35 years.
