This role is ideal for a specialist who already has hands-on experience in requirements management and documentation, and is ready to grow under the mentorship of Senior BAs and Project Managers while working with international clients. Strong English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate+/Advanced) are essential, as the role involves active participation in client-facing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Discovery & Pre-Sales Support Support Senior BA in requirements elicitation and analysis during the Discovery phase Assist in preparing key project artifacts (SRS, WBS, Feature List, user stories, flow diagrams, mind maps) Participate in client meetings as an active contributor: take structured notes and prepare clarifying questions Contribute to RFX analysis by reviewing documentation, identifying gaps, and assisting in WBS preparation Support internal estimation and pre-sales discussions Conduct competitor research and assist with scope analysis under supervision

Requirements
