Business and Finance Administrator

Remote · Switzerland Full-time

Suffolk County Council is dedicated to improving the future for its customers and communities. They are seeking a Business and Finance Administrator to support the processing of payments to the care market, ensuring high standards of financial governance and value for money while providing a positive customer service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring accurate and timely payment to care providers
  • Accurately setting up and maintaining provider care contracts within the case management system
  • Developing expertise in the use of case management systems

Skills

  • Proven IT skills, including the use of Excel at an intermediate level
  • Experience working in an environment involving payments and auditing processes
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and excellent attention to detail
