Business Development Manager - Germany

The incumbent will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding business opportunities across the EMEA region, enhancing the client portfolios and market presence. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop business opportunities in the EMEA region and turn them into actionable portfolios and steps through close partnership with the Europe trading teams. Create and execute achievable roadmaps for business expansion and client diversification. Initiate outreach to new revenue sources and introduce service to increase revenue. Conduct market research, competitor analysis and gather intelligence to shape effective sales strategies. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders for business development. Support ad hoc projects and related tasks as needed. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree. Work experience: minimum of 6 years’ experience in sales or business development, preferably in the semiconductor industry. Product knowledge: Commodity knowledge is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation skills, and strong business acumen. Self-driven, confident, proactive, and detail oriented. Well-organized with ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Fluent in English. European languages such as German are preferred. Proficient in MS Office.
