Coalesce Management Consulting is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join their team in Hawaii, focusing on critical infrastructure and energy projects. Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand client accounts through trust-based relationships
  • Build strong connections with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
  • Partner with onsite teams to understand client challenges and align solutions
  • Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to support client goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in a client or customer facing role
  • Proven ability to generate new business and grow client accounts
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and act on opportunities
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented
