I am looking for an experienced CAD drafter to produce technical drawings for a mobile food cart permit application being submitted to Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) in Vancouver, BC. The unit is a Daihatsu Hijet Kei truck with a custom-built kitchen in the truck bed. All drawings must comply with VCH and BCCDC Mobile Food Premises Guidelines (July 2024) standards. I require the following three drawings in CAD format: 1. TOP-DOWN FLOOR PLAN — scaled, fully dimensioned, all equipment labeled with item numbers, model numbers, and dimensions. Must include title block, legend, compliance notes, and scale indicator. 2. SIDE ELEVATION — DRIVER SIDE — exterior side view showing truck in travel/closed position and service/open position (canopy raised). Equipment positions visible, all key dimensions labeled. 3. SIDE ELEVATION — PASSENGER SIDE — same requirements as driver side.
