As a VMI Order Representative, you’ll take charge of managing and replenishing customer inventory while uncovering insights that drive smarter business decisions. You’ll monitor account activity, evaluate sales data, and collaborate with our sales team to identify growth opportunities and ensure our customers’ needs are always met. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, data analysis, and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’ll be a vital link between operations, sales, and the customer — helping everything flow smoothly and efficiently while supporting the company’s high standards of excellence. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing key customer accounts and ensuring accuracy and consistency across orders and inventory. Manage customer inventory: Monitor assigned accounts and approve replenishment orders. Analyze and interpret data: Evaluate client purchasing and order history to identify trends, forecast needs, and uncover opportunities. Collaborate with purpose: Partner with account managers and clients to ensure accuracy, drive sales, and strengthen relationships. Deliver insights: Collect and analyze market and portal data to make informed recommendations on future orders. Stay organized: Prepare and deliver timely, accurate reports while meeting all deadlines. Lead by example: Train peers on systems, tools, and best practices. Support innovation: Assist with Research & Development projects that contribute to business growth. Adapt and contribute: Take on other responsibilities as needed — flexibility and initiative are highly valued. Minimum Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience a plus). Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets and data tools — proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs). Previous experience with data analysis, inventory, or order management preferred. Skills & Strengths Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Dependable and self-motivated, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Sound judgment and effective problem-solving abilities. Comfortable learning and using new systems or software. Physical & Work Environment This position may require sitting or standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing repetitive tasks with hands. You may occasionally be exposed to moderate noise, dust, fumes, or other environmental factors. Must have clear vision (with or without corrective lenses) and the ability to distinguish colors.
