You should be comfortable navigating CRM systems, managing customer interactions, and maintaining high accuracy and compliance standards. Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and updates
• Assist customers with billing, payments, and account questions
• Support claims by providing guidance and status updates
• Prevent cancellations through problem resolution and retention efforts
• Manage renewals and policy reviews
• Deliver professional, empathetic, and efficient customer service
• Accurately document all interactions and follow compliance procedures
• Maintain productivity, quality, and service level standard
• Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and management teams

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
• High emotional intelligence and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
• Basic to intermediate computer skills (CRM, email, phone systems)
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow processes, procedures, and compliance
