Clinical and Charge Capture Design Team | 3+ years' experience | Remote | Contract Walker Healthforce is seeking a Clinical and Charge Capture Design Team with 3+ years' experience to support a healthcare client based. This is a 7-month contract opportunity. START DATE: ASAP HOURS/SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 40 hours WORKER TYPE: W2 CORE REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience in Epic implementation, clinical workflow design, or healthcare revenue cycle
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Familiarity with charge capture processes and clinical documentation in an inpatient or ambulatory setting
• Ability to engage directly with physicians and clinical staff in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding principles
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

WE CONSIDER IT A BONUS IF YOU ALSO HAVE:

• Epic certification in a relevant clinical module (EpicCare Ambulatory, Resolute, or similar)
• Experience with charge capture optimization or revenue integrity initiatives
• Exposure to clinical specialty areas such as Radiology, Lab, Pathology, or Urgent Care

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead specialty rounding sessions with physicians and clinical staff to identify Epic configuration gaps and charge capture opportunities
• Support application build, workflow design, testing, and go-live activities within an assigned clinical design team
• Conduct workflow analysis to translate clinical operational needs into Epic system requirements
• Review charge capture processes for accuracy, compliance, and revenue integrity across assigned service lines
• Document current and future-state workflows, configuration decisions, and standard operating procedures
• Participate in system testing, validation, and issue resolution; escalate complex items to team leads
• Provide at-the-elbow end-user support and training during go-live periods
