Job Description:

• Provide 1:1 virtual coaching sessions to high school students
• Respond to messages from students or parents within 24 hours
• Report student progress, fill out surveys, and keep accurate records in our system
• Participate in continuous learning and training sessions

Requirements:

• Current undergraduate student (2-year or 4-year) — first-years eligible after their first semester
• Minimum 3.4 GPA
• Strong communicator with excellent speaking and writing skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for helping others
• Flexible schedule (5 open hours/week)
• Positive, self-starting, and trustworthy
• No criminal record
• Bonus points if you: Are a first-generation, Speak another language, Come from a rural community, Identify as a person of color, Are an international or transfer student, Are a D1-D3 student athlete
