Woz (YC W25) is hiring a Content Wizard to own our content strategy and execution across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. If you’re the kind of person who can turn raw ideas into highly engaging short-form videos, understands what makes content convert, and wants to build a brand that becomes synonymous with entrepreneurship, this role is for you. Our mission is to reduce barriers to business building and give anyone with grit and determination the ability to achieve their entrepreneurial dreams. Who You Are You are already a content creator. You post constantly, iterate fast, and obsess over what performs. You might be perfect for this role if you:

• Are excellent at content creation (especially short form)

Post regularly and have a deep intuition for what goes viral and what converts

• Have built a meaningful following (or have a strong portfolio that proves you can)
• Are scrappy, ambitious, and hungry
• Experiment with AI tools daily (Claude Code, CapCut, etc.)
• Want to build a big brand while also leveling up your own resume and public profile

This is not a “social media manager” role. This is a builder role. What You’ll Do

• Own content strategy across tiktok, instagram and youtube
• Manage external UGC campaigns
• Partner with relevant influencers
• Have the freedom to leverage your expertise and creativity

Logistics

• Part-time to start, with potential for fulltime
• Remote-friendly, but in-person content shoots/events may happen (SF preferred but not required)
• Compensation: **base + meaningful performance-based bonuses
