Vestwell is a financial technology company focused on enhancing the savings economy through its innovative platform. They are seeking a Coordinator for their Document Compliance Team to assist with plan document drafting, amendments, and setup while collaborating with various teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide Documents Compliance Team support - prepare plan documents including: discretionary and interim amendments, restatements, participant notices, and related disclosures
• Project management support - assist with processes for large-scale document projects; and assure successful, timely completion of each
• Support Team members by performing duties as assigned including support with process reviews, research, and documentation related to plan documents

• Knowledge of Application Programming Interface (API) functionality
• Professional experience with qualified plans
• Qualified 401(k) Specialist (QKS) or higher credential from ASPPA, or equivalent career experience
