We need someone who can Jump into early product ideation and help shape our vision Provide expert guidance on both coloured and non-coloured cosmetics Act as a bridge between creative direction and technical formulation Bring energy, insight, and innovation to the table This is not a one-off gig—we’re looking for someone we can build with over time.
