Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with an unwavering commitment to our clients' happiness.

  • Manage reservations, adjustments, and special requests with attention to detail and empathy to ensure complete client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure a cohesive service experience and timely resolution of client inquiries.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to work with the team on enhancing service quality.
  • Keep comprehensive records of customer engagements, transactions, and feedback.

Candidate Profile

* A degree or equivalent practical experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or a related industry.

  • Demonstrated success in customer service positions, with a preference for backgrounds in the travel or hospitality sectors.
  • Exceptional communication skills across various channels, with the ability to adjust communication style to suit different audiences.
  • A proactive, positive thinker who thrives in managing challenging situations with composure.
  • Skilled in the use of customer service technologies, databases, and tools.
  • The agility to meet the evolving demands of our clients and the company.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
