We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Remote Customer Service Manager to oversee client interactions, maintain high service standards, and ensure a seamless experience from initial contact through completion. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership-support capacity, enjoys improving processes, and can confidently manage multiple client needs while working independently — with access to tools, mentorship, and structured support.
