The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and adapting to changing business needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to all inbound inquiries from customers, using effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve their issues.

  • Provide technical assistance to customers, enabling them to complete their applications or access our services.
  • Navigate our computerized system for responding and/or troubleshooting customer queries.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including our FORWARD application programs.
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions to improve our processes.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Technical savvy, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with people from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new challenges.
  • Ability to work with a high volume of activity, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Bilingual abilities preferred, with proficiency in English and at least one other language (Chinese, Spanish, or others).
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work a 6 am-3 pm schedule (or flexible schedule that meets our business needs).
