What We Offer

Starting Pay: $24.00 – $26.00/hour Bilingual Fluency: English/Spanish fluency assessment provided Location Requirement: must reside within 80 miles of 1225 Freeport Parkway, Coppell, TX 75019 Remote Training Schedule: Full‑time (40 hours per week). 100% virtual training program lasting approximately 4 months. Training shifts will be scheduled anywhere between 9:00am-9:00pm Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts between 9:00am-7:00pm. When a Saturday shift is scheduled, a weekday off will be provided. During Bullpen (on-the-job training), Saturday shifts between 9:00am-7:00pm will include taking live calls. Remote Work Schedule (Post-Training): Full-Time Schedule (40 hours/week). Work shifts will be scheduled within the hours of 9:00am-9:15pm Monday-Friday, and every Saturday between 9:00am-7:15pm. One weekday off will be provided each week. You must have the ability to directly connect to ISP via Ethernet (No DSL, Satellite, Hot Spots, etc.). Modem/Router must be in the same room as the computer equipment with an internet speed of at least 50 mbps to 100 mbps for downloads & 10 mbps for uploads. Internet service must adequately support the employee's work hours to ensure optimal voice & data quality. You are required to provide documentation regarding your carrier & internet speed. A company-provided computer and partial internet reimbursement are included to support the reasonable cost of your connectivity. Demonstrated ability to uphold productivity and confidentiality in a remote setting. Regular attendance in virtual team meetings and training sessions. Availability during standard business hours and flexibility for possible shift adjustments. What You’ll Need Prior customer service experience (recent call center experience preferred) Bilingual skills in English and Spanish, are required.
