Responsibilities

Enter data from various sources into computer databases with speed and accuracy. Review and verify data for completeness and correctness before entry. Update and maintain data files and records according to company standards. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in data. Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes. Generate reports and summaries as requested by management. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus. Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role. Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with database systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and quality. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
