We are looking for a hands-on Desktop Engineer (REMOTE) with strong experience in MECM/SCCM deployments, application packaging, patch management, and VDI/AVD support.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and troubleshoot applications using MECM/SCCM
• Analyze deployment logs (AppEnforce, AppDiscovery) and resolve failed installs
• Package applications (MSI/EXE) using tools like AdminStudio, InstallShield, or PSADT
• Manage Microsoft and third-party patching, ADRs, and patch compliance
• Support VDI/AVD/Windows 365 environments, gold images, and pool troubleshooting
• Perform advanced troubleshooting using logs, testing, and root cause analysis
• Support Windows 10/11 endpoint management and software deployments

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on MECM/SCCM deployment and troubleshooting experience
• Enterprise application packaging experience
• Patch management experience including ADRs and third-party patching
• Experience with AVD, Windows 365, or VDI environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• PowerShell scripting experience preferred

• Experience with Patch My PC
• Familiarity with Intune and modern endpoint management
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
