Digital Marketing Assistant | WFH

Remote · Canada Full-time

This is a remote position.

  • Website (WordPress) and campaign management including:

o Individual web page updates, optimization o SEO optimization, key word strategies o Website audits, recommendations and future strategy recommendations

  • Marketing software (Mailchimp) organisation, compliance, template updating, regular and ad hoc campaign and analysis management
  • Third party campaign creation, liaison and execution
  • Content creation and stakeholder engagement for specifically for sites such as Instagram
  • Data entry, investigation and review for new lead opportunities
  • Input and management of Partner events calendar incl:

o Updating events in calendar o Reviewing referrer partner pages and auditing content, links and making improvement recommendations

  • Social media management, strategy and audience growth for lead generation incl:

o Facebook o Instagram o LinkedIn

  • Generally:

o Conducting market and competitor research and providing detailed marketing analysis

  • Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities
  • Conducting market research and analysing marketing surveys
  • Employing online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media pages
  • Updating databases, spreadsheets, and inventory lists
  • Preparing promotional presentations and organizing promotional events
  • Composing and posting online content for the company’s social media page and website
  • Editing short videos
  • Assist in the setup of digital marketing processes across the LTM roster to refine and streamline communication. For example, Scheduling reminders for asset delivery, show announces, release campaign, artwork delivery, festival announces, social campaigns, posts and marketing
  • Engaging key stakeholders in the design and sign off process associated with content creation
  • Adhoc:

o Logo changes o Email signature updates o Provide support with general administrative tasks on an ad hoc basis

Requirements

Technical/Educational Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow a detailed brief
  • Excellent skills in Adobe and other video editing software
  • 3 years+ experience in digital marketing and content writing
