Our programs offer a model of treatment that blends medically sophisticated care with a personalized treatment approach. Our work is grounded in evidence-based strategies for adults and adolescents suffering from eating disorders. We work from a multi-disciplinary treatment team approach while integrating state-of-the-art medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies to provide comprehensive care within an intimate home setting. The Director of Clinical Integrity will be responsible for ensuring the appropriate implementation of the clinical programming across the Monte Nido platform of brands, through clinical training for front line staff and the monitoring of care delivery in the programs. This includes but is not limited to developing tools and audits to check adherence to the Monte Nido clinical model, producing and delivering clinical training materials, and building reports and presentations for internal and external clinical staff as well as Monte Nido Leadership. Responsibilities

Include: Design and delivery of projects for Monte Nido-wide Trainings, including but not limited to internal staff events and external provider CEU events. Conference presentations and speaking engagements at both in-person and virtual events. Establish and continually update clinical curriculum for Monte Nido brands as needed. Collaborate with Head of Learning and Development (HR) and other lanes to ensure effective delivery of monthly clinical training as well as onboarding and on-going training for clinical staff. Standardize clinical materials to ensure care is consistent, effective and engaging with use of best in care practices. Collaborate with leadership and staff to ensure model fidelity, through participation in interdisciplinary clinical and medical meetings and presenting clinical outcomes to the C-suite. Collaborate with research team to incorporate outcomes in clinical best practices and roll them out to the programs for accountability. Support Monte Nido brands programming growth and development, including the development of new clinical approaches and models. Provide clinical supervision and consultation throughout Monte Nido. Manage Monte Nido’s alumni services programs, including the coordination of support and delivery, as well as increase attendance at multiple alumni sessions a week. Travel quarterly for clinical services meetings. Travel to provide on-site assessments of adherence to clinical model, develop action plans in collaboration with local leaderships and deliver training as needed. Track Clinical satisfaction data (including CSAT, NPS and Google review scores) and provide recommendations to improve reviews as needed. Qualifications: Master’s degree minimum in relevant field required 3-5 years of relevant training experience Healthcare and clinical training development preferred Proficiency in MS Office Suite required Instructional Design experience required #LI-MNAcareers
