As you move through your day, you'll collaborate with external vendors to ensure every product, image, and detail aligns with the Villa & House brand story. You'll build and maintain product sheets for online partners, carefully manage image and data assets, and merchandise digital storefronts to maximize visual appeal and performance. You'll also play a key role in communications, sending notifications about restocks and discontinued items, while analyzing partner site performance to uncover opportunities to boost sales. Behind the scenes, you'll track inventory trends, forecast demand, and support the growth of eCommerce partnerships-ultimately ensuring every interaction with our brand feels seamless, intentional, and impactful. REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR ECOMMERCE COORDINATOR Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role (eCommerce experience is a plus) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred qualifications include prior experience in eCommerce environments and familiarity with product merchandising and analytics.
