Our focus is on identifying and attracting the best professionals who can drive success in this dynamic market. Description We are looking for an EdTech Lead to drive the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of our EdTech division. In this role, you will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of course creation, publication, and optimization, ensuring that 100% of courses are high‑quality, up to date, and aligned with business needs. You will lead a small team, coordinate with trainers, subject‑matter experts, HR, and external vendors, and use data to deliver measurable learning outcomes and at least 80% user satisfaction. You will also be in the forefront of EdTech trends to introduce and integrate them in the team’s work. Your Mission

  • Lead, coach, and develop the LMS/EdTech team.

Conduct regular one‑on‑ones, performance reviews, and development‑plan updates to support continuous growth.

  • Drive adoption and training: Design workshops for internal teams on EdTech best practices, AI tools, and LMS customization.
  • Optimize performance: Analyze data for continuous improvement, integrating feedback loops and A/B testing to boost learner outcomes.

Your Unique Contribution

  • 3+ years of experience in EdTech or L&D, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project‑ownership role (e.g., managing LMS, course portfolios, or learning‑technology teams).
