Role Overview Engagement Managers in our Performance Transformation line of business are integral members of our consulting teams, leading Analysts, Associate Consultants and Consultants on projects with healthcare provider clients typically spanning 3-6 months in duration. Our projects are focused in the following areas: consumer access, care delivery, and physician enterprise. Focused on improving how patients access care, Chartis’ Consumer Access practice leverages innovation and technology to help organizations enhance the patient experience and better serve their communities. Our offerings include access strategy and implementation, cancer center access, demand and referral management, and service center optimization.

Responsibilities

Manage the overall project, balancing work effort and input from clients and colleagues to achieve goals Act as a trusted advisor to clients, drawing upon healthcare knowledge and insights Coach and mentor junior staff, rapidly developing their skills and knowledge through an apprenticeship-based development model Produce sophisticated, compelling deliverables that motivate clients to action Support the firm’s growth through contributions to talent initiatives, thought leadership development, and other areas Qualifications and Desired Skills Minimum of (6) years’ experience working with healthcare providers on clinical transformation initiatives, including two plus (2+) years managing others Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH) Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Strong and effective people leader Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Tableau is a plus Salary range: $192-248,000, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
