Founded in 1986, OnTrac has evolved into the leading provider of same-day and next-day delivery services in the U.S. for premier e-commerce and product-supply businesses, including five of the largest retailers in the U.S. Location: Remote Salary: $84,000- $126,000 + commission Employment Logistics: The Account Manager Senior Specialist is responsible for maintaining and growing assigned customer accounts by building strong relationships and driving revenue through consultative selling. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Account performance monitoring & optimization: Monitor account performance, proactively addressing issues and identifying opportunities for growth. Customer communication & retention cadence: Maintain consistent communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote contract renewal. Issue tracking, documentation & visibility: Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and growth opportunities. Market awareness & strategic insight sharing: Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions, sharing insights to influence team strategy. Paving your way to your success: You communicate clearly and professionally, building trust with customers and internal stakeholders. You build and strengthen relationships with senior internal and external partners, using persuasive communication to influence outcomes. You collaborate effectively across teams to ensure alignment and customer success. You thrive in fast-paced environments, prioritizing tasks while maintaining accuracy. You are proficient with standard office software and technologies to manage accounts and communication efficiently.
