About the Role

As a Client Support & Benefits Specialist, you will work with individuals who need help understanding their available benefit options. Your focus will be on communication, education, follow-up, and helping clients feel confident throughout the process. You will receive hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and support from experienced leaders. Daily Tasks Speak with clients by phone or virtual meeting Provide general information about available products and services Answer questions related to current or requested coverage Review client needs and help identify suitable options Maintain accurate notes and client records Follow up with clients to ensure they receive proper support Stay updated on product changes, service updates, and company procedures Work with leadership to improve client experience and efficiency What We’re Looking For Strong customer service mindset Professional communication skills Positive and reliable attitude Ability to build trust and rapport with clients Comfortable working independently from home Organized and able to manage multiple tasks Willingness to learn and be coached Sales, customer service, or client-facing experience is helpful but not required Ideal Candidate Entrepreneurial and goal-oriented Works well in a team environment Stays calm and professional under pressure Enjoys helping others Motivated by growth and advancement Able to communicate clearly by phone, video, and email
