Key Responsibilities

  • * Enter data accurately into various software systems and databases.
  • * Verify and correct data as necessary to maintain quality and accuracy.
  • * Process forms, reports, and other documentation in accordance with company standards.
  • * Respond to internal queries regarding data entry and system operations.
  • * Assist in managing databases and keeping records up to date.
  • * Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • * Support other departments by providing data-related assistance.
  • * Ensure all data entry tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet departmental goals.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * High school diploma or equivalent.
  • * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • * Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or discrepancies.
  • * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • * Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

  • * No prior experience required.
  • * Training will be provided for the successful candidate.
  • Working Hours
  • * Full-time position (40 hours per week).
  • * Flexible working hours with the possibility of remote work.
  • * Occasional overtime may be required depending on workload.
