Epicor ERP Analyst

Epicor ERP Analyst (Manufacturing) – Remote (PST Hours) | 6-Month Contract We're seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Analyst to join a fast-paced manufacturing organization on a full-time, 40-hour/week contract through the end of the year. This is an excellent opportunity for an Epicor professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting end users, and working across a variety of ERP enhancements in a highly collaborative environment. This role is critical in supporting day-to-day ERP operations while a key team member is on leave. Location: Remote (Candidates located in the Pacific Time Zone are strongly preferred.) Duration: Approximately 6 months (through the end of December) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 40 hours/week What You'll Be Doing You'll serve as a key member of the ERP support team, helping manage and resolve a backlog of internal support requests while assisting users across multiple Epicor functional areas. Responsibilities include:

  • Resolve and prioritize ERP support tickets within the internal help desk system
  • Support Epicor ERP users in a manufacturing environment
  • Develop and maintain BAQs, dashboards, and custom reporting solutions
  • Perform screen customizations using Application Studio
  • Create, modify, and support Epicor Functions and BPMs
  • Assist with the organization's migration from Classic screens to Kinetic
  • Troubleshoot ERP issues and identify practical business solutions
  • Partner with business users to improve ERP processes and user experience
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders while managing multiple priorities

Required Experience We're looking for someone who can step in quickly and make an immediate impact. Required qualifications include:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Epicor ERP
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes within Epicor
  • Experience creating and maintaining:
  • BAQs (Business Activity Queries)
  • Dashboards
  • BPMs (Business Process Management)
  • Functions
  • Experience with Application Studio screen customization
  • Experience supporting end users and managing ERP support tickets
  • Excellent troubleshooting, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Must be available to work Pacific Time business hours

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following experience would be a plus:

  • Power BI
  • Power Automate
  • Experience supporting Epicor Kinetic implementations or migrations
  • Knowledge of ERP process optimization and user adoption

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly compensation
  • Target pay range: $65-$80/hour (W-2 or 1099, depending on engagement type)
