Job Description

This role leads the technology workstream of a large-scale ERP program with a focus on Workday, overseeing the full lifecycle of implementations in a complex, regulated environment. The Workday Program Manager owns the end-to-end technology tower scope, including integrations, data conversion, and third-party and boundary systems, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with overall program objectives.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end technology tower project scope for the ERP program, with a primary focus on Workday implementations. Lead and coordinate all technology-related activities, including integrations, data conversion, and third-party and boundary systems. Report into the ERP Program Office and maintain clear communication on project status, issues, and progress. Own and manage the overall project schedule, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met. Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams. Drive delivery of technology components in alignment with program goals, standards, and timelines. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners, to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational controls while operating in a complex, regulated environment. Oversee and guide the work of project and program management resources assigned to the technology tower. Provide structured status reporting and documentation to the ERP Program Office and other stakeholders. Essential Skills 8–12 years of ERP delivery experience, with demonstrated responsibility for complex technology projects. At least 2 end-to-end Workday implementations within the relevant domain. Proven program management experience, including ownership of large-scale technology workstreams. Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and dependency management. Hands-on experience with ERP integrations, data conversion, and management of third-party and boundary systems. Experience working in complex, regulated environments where compliance and controls are critical. Ability to report into and operate within an ERP Program Office structure. Additional Skills & Qualifications Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to present status, risks, and issues clearly. Experience with implementation methodologies and best practices for ERP and Workday programs.

Work Environment

This is a 100% remote role, offering flexibility to work from any suitable location with reliable internet access. The Workday Program Manager collaborates virtually with the ERP Program Office and distributed project teams, using modern collaboration and project management tools to manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and delivery in a fully remote setting. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90.00 - $110.00/hr.
