Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking committed educators who meet the following criteria: ✔ English Fluency

• Native-level proficiency in spoken and written English ✔ Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
• A degree in Education or a related field is preferred but not required ✔ Valid Teaching Certification
• A state- or province-issued teaching license or certificate (K–12 level preferred) or
• ESL certification such as TESOL/TEFL ✔ Teaching Experience
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in public, private, or charter schools (domestic or international)
• Online teaching experience is a bonus but not required ✔ Technical Requirements To ensure smooth online teaching, you must have:
• A Windows computer with Intel Core i5 8th generation or higher
• A stable high-speed internet connection
• Ability to teach using the Classpod platform (system compatibility test required) Teaching Schedule & Compensation ⏰ Peak Hours (Beijing Time, GMT+8):
• Weekdays: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Weekends: Flexible availability all day is highly encouraged ⌛ Minimum Commitment:
• 10 hours per week
