How You’ll Make a Difference Owning the Workflow: You will systematically review financial statements and prepare flawless asset inventories, ensuring the Funding Coordinator has everything needed to keep cases moving forward without a hitch. Securing the Details: You’ll handle the critical, behind-the-scenes administrative heavy lifting—from preparing deeds to processing beneficiary changes—with absolute precision and confidentiality. Closing the Gaps: Through proactive email follow-ups and sharp attention to detail, you will hunt down missing documentation and eliminate bottlenecks before they cause delays. Lightening the Load: By independently managing the document collection process and keeping the practice management system immaculate, you free up the coordinator to focus on high-level strategy.
