Key Responsibilities

As our ideal candidate, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects, including:

• Automating workflows using cutting-edge tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, iOS Shortcuts, and Notion
• Transcribing and summarizing voicemails, ensuring seamless communication and minimizing distractions
• Organizing follow-ups and reminders, keeping our team on track and focused on high-priority tasks
• Building intuitive systems for tracking conversations, tasks, and decisions, ensuring clarity and transparency
• Setting up alerts, summaries, and triggers to prevent missed opportunities and ensure timely responses
• Occasionally identifying and fixing inefficiencies in our systems, ensuring they remain optimized and effective

Tools and Technologies

You'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of innovative tools and technologies, including:

• ChatGPT + API
• Zapier / Make / Shortcuts / Notion / Apple Notes
• Google Calendar, Gmail, Airtable, Slack

Project-Based Opportunity with Potential for Long-Term Retainer
