Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Collections and Customer Support

We're now seeking an exceptional Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing top-notch service, resolving issues, and promoting careerzynith's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct outbound and inbound calls with delinquent borrowers to collect past due payments and provide suitable payment solutions to cure borrower's delinquency

  • Maintain accurate records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers, as well as records of any payments collected from the customer
  • Process payments for borrowers with past due payments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals while adhering to careerzynith's collections policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and careerzynith's policies and procedures

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

* 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections, with a solid understanding of sales, negotiation, and persuasion tools

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Prior call center experience with financial products is preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed and exceed targets
  • Team player with a professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in both languages
