Job Description:

As a Bilingual French Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert customer support and resolving complex issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilizing advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve customer complaints and inquiries
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure comprehensive customer service and issue resolution
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of standard operating procedures
  • Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to inform product and service enhancements

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in a contact center, with a focus on handling complex inquiries and escalations

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Fluency in French and English; Spanish language skills are a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
