As a Chat Operator, you will be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably, and turning conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Key Responsibilities

* Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
