Job Summary

As a Customer Care Associate at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests remotely from your home. Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Quiet and dedicated workspace in your home
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
