  • Providing exceptional client support through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions
  • Developing key selling skills, including building affinity, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing deals
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry, adhering to established processes and procedures
  • Complying with all administrative and compliance rules related to adjusting and sales practices Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in client support and sales, with a proven track record of building client loyalty and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; training benefits available Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
  • Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
