A Typical Day in the Life

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Answer incoming communications from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries
  • Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently
  • Collaborate with our global team to share best practices and learn from one another
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Residency within North Carolina or surrounding areas
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong product or service knowledge, with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software
  • High-speed internet access (> 40mbps)
