Experienced Customer Marketing Specialist – Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) Services

Job Overview

This is a 16-week contract role, covering a paternity leave, to support new biller marketing activities. As a Customer Marketing Specialist, you'll work closely with our clients to promote online billing and payment services to their customers. You'll introduce clients to ideas and materials that inspire their payers to realize the benefits of paying online, faster, easier, and more convenient bill payment and management.

Responsibilities

* Connect with new clients ready for marketing and work with them to promote EBPP to their customers

  • Conduct zoom training on online payment adoption best practices
  • Create content that helps support billers with online payment messaging to their customers
  • Drive client behavior to promote online billing and payment adoption by payers
  • Maintain a knowledge of careerzynith services (pay anywhere, anytime – online, mobile, POS, bank sites) with the ability to articulate value proposition and product advantages
  • Create marketing material specifically for VIP billers – upon request
  • Ensure that client marketing activities are entered in various systems, like Salesforce
  • Liaison with external vendors that house our marketing assets, QR codes, design vendors, and more

Skills and Qualifications

* Must enjoy working directly with customers through telephone, PowerPoint, zoom, and email mediums

  • Excellent computer skills
  • Problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy and interested in learning new tools and programs to support the business
  • Good visual and content design ability
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively across departments – a team player
  • Ability to build successful relationships and influence customer behavior
  • Sense of urgency

Experience

* Bachelor's degree

  • At least 3 years' experience in marketing/marketing communications (e-payments/SaaS a plus)
  • Knowledge of Adobe products (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
  • Practical experience communicating with customers
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Salesforce

Compensation and Benefits

careerzynith offers a competitive base salary, with a range of $80,000 to $85,000 USD. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. We're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
