Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering calls, greeting customers warmly, and establishing the reason for the call
  • Resolving issues by dispatching to the appropriate contacts
  • Monitoring alarm systems and taking messages according to client specifications
  • Transferring calls via computer system based on instructions provided by clients
  • Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments for various industries
  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences

Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Agent at careerzynith, you will need:

  • Basic computer proficiency, including web-based applications and keyboard functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience on the Amtelco platform is a plus
  • A flexible personality that can adapt to changing situations
  • A genuinely friendly and compassionate approach to customer service
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to work 1 weekend day
  • High attention to detail and the ability to type 25 WPM
  • Previous experience in telephone answering service or customer service is a plus
